1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are a template and are pending legal review. They will govern your use of Skooltype, an India-first platform for creator communities, learning, and commerce. By using Skooltype you agree to be bound by the final published terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Creator content and courses

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish and are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to share and sell it. Paid courses are priced in INR by the creator.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Skooltype for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, or distributing content you do not have rights to. See our Community Guidelines for details.

5. Changes

These terms will be finalized before public launch. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
